Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information HubDucks ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website (hubducks.com) and our RoofReel service, which makes and runs video ads on Facebook and Instagram for roofing businesses ("clients").

Information we collect

When you visit this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.

When a business becomes a client

We collect the business details a client gives us to create and run their ads: business name, contact details, service area, logo, photos, offers and the customer reviews they choose to share. With the client's permission, we also access their Facebook Page and Meta ad account.

When people respond to our clients' ads

When someone responds to an ad we run for a client, for example by submitting a Meta lead form, Meta collects that information. Lead information (such as name, phone number, email, address and answers to the form's questions) belongs to the client whose ad it was. We may receive it through Meta's tools only to deliver it to that client and to report on how the ads performed. We also receive ad performance data from Meta, such as spend, impressions, clicks, calls and leads.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

Data from Meta

We use data from Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram) only to provide our services to the business that authorized us, and in line with Meta's Platform Terms. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals or for any other purpose.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide our service, keep records required by law, or resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your choices and how to delete your data

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@hubducks.com with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us the email address or phone number involved. We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days. If your information came from a client's ad, we will also let you know which business received it, so you can contact them directly.

Security

Our systems are access-restricted and use encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
